iterate is a small Belgian studio for European teams that prefer compounding gains over launch-day fireworks. We design, ship and refine software in 14-day loops — instrumented from day one, re-shaped every fortnight.
Most studios sell you a launch. The Gantt chart ends; the work ossifies; the codebase quietly rots. We work the opposite way.
Every engagement runs as a continuous cycle of evidence and craft: a fortnightly loop of diagnose, sketch, ship, measure, refine. The product is alive when we hand it back.
— Maïté Vandenbroucke, founder
A single product working session every fortnight. No more, no fewer. Calendars stay quiet, the work stays loud.
Telemetry from sprint zero. We refuse to debate features without numbers in the room.
Small teams. Sharper choices. We will say no on your behalf.
Strategy, design, engineering and research as one practice — embedded with your team for as long as the loop runs.
We re-prioritise weekly against measured signal. The roadmap moves; the deadline does not.
Always-on user research feeds the brief. We field interviews while engineering ships.
One canvas with real progress, real risk, real telemetry. No status decks.
Six clients, ninety-eight cycles, the same metric model. We watch the lines bend together.
Field interviews, system audit, two-week truth-finding sprint.
Lo-fi prototypes against the actual workflow. Friction maps drawn in pencil.
Fortnightly deploys, instrumented from line one. Telemetry is non-negotiable.
Behavioural data + qualitative pulse. We disagree with our previous selves on purpose.
Re-brief. Re-rank. Run the loop again. Compounding wins, not heroic launches.
We will never be a forty-person agency. We hire one human per year, mentor them slowly, and put them on real client work in week two.
The studio sits in a quiet street off the Berchem station, ten minutes from the centre of Antwerp. We work in person on Mondays, async the rest of the week, and meet our clients in their offices once a fortnight — in Brussels, Ghent, Amsterdam, Paris or Cologne, depending on the loop.
We respond to every inbound within two working days, with a written first-take and a 20-minute call slot. No discovery decks, no questionnaire forms.
