Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

It is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Like any web server, it records technical data for each request, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted after a short period.

When you send us a brief

The contact form asks for your email address, the kind of work you are interested in and, if you like, a short description of your project. We use this only to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Your message reaches our mailbox through Resend, Inc., an email delivery service in the United States that acts as our processor. Transfers to the United States are covered by Resend's data processing agreement, which includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

To stop abuse, the server briefly counts form submissions per IP address in memory. We keep briefs for up to two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case the legal retention periods for accounting apply.

Our games

The public Latchline playtest runs on itch.io, whose own privacy policy applies. We only see aggregated statistics, such as views and plays.

The iOS and Android versions of Latchline are not released yet. Before they appear on the App Store or Google Play, this page will describe exactly what they collect.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or stop using it, and to send it to you in a portable format. Email us and we will answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
